Some people, including myself in the past are entirely constrained by the fact that someone else thought about an idea before they did. By constrained I mean, when another person generates an idea they simply dismiss that idea even though it would better their lives if acted upon. I know because I lived this way for numerous years. Embrace others ideas and ask yourself, “how can I use this to better myself & the people around me if I acted on this?”. The key to breaking through this constrained way of thinking is to first be aware of this notion, and watch/monitor your thoughts when someone creates an idea you may of already be thinking or find interesting; it’s that little voice in our heads that hold us back from doing great things. Do not shoot yourself in the foot when you notice this little voice, rather let it be, everyone has them but it’s the individuals that surmount through it that go on to do wonderful things. Make sense? Try not to over complicate things but rather:

1) Listen to others & embrace other people
2) Notice that voice & realize it is there [over time make it a goal to reduce this self-talk]
3) Act despite your F.E.A.R. [False Expectations Appearing Real”] & ask yourself what is the goal I’m striving for?
